Metal, Metal and More Metal
With more homeowners being focused on energy and green living, metal is the answer
for roofing.

In 2009, the trend in roofing is high quality metal roofs. Metal roofing is energy efficient, provides homeowners
with a product that will last a lifetime, and is admired for its aesthetics. Specialty metal roofing products far
surpass the benefits of traditional asphalt shingles. One benefit is that metal roofing allows us to roof over
existing shingles. This in turn cuts back on waste that would end up in our landfills. Unlike petroleum based
roofing products, metal roofing does not pollute rain water runoff that may eventually end up in our streams
and rivers.

Extreme Roofing Inc. was one of the first roofing companies to bring specialty metal roofing products to
western Pennsylvania. In 2008, Extreme Roofing Inc. completed many projects using Allmet's stone coated
roofing products. These products take on the look and beauty of traditional tile and cedar shakes with the

Extreme Roofing also believes in standing seam roofs for both residential and commercial. The smooth
finish and clean lines of standing seam have been used for hundreds of years and are making a comeback
with todays homeowners. The goal when installing standing seam is to use the proper techniques in the
installation process. We always have an experienced roofer on location to make sure the installation is being
done properly.

If you are still interested in the look of shingles, we have the answer. Manufacturers provide metal shingles
which offer the same look as traditional shingles with the added benefits of metal roofing.

Our headquarters are based in Westmoreland County. We provide roofing to ALL of western Pennsylvania
